Good cable lengths to have on hand are 60/80/100 mm. Start with the shortest cable and increase as needed.
Sleeves are best worked with magic loop, otherwise use your super-duper short circular needle or double pointed needles of the same size.
The neck stitches are worked very loosely or with larger needles of size 5.5-6 mm. Extra equipment
8 markers, 2 extra cables for resting stitches, a darning needle for attaching yarn ends and a measuring tape.
